Binding the Windmills

I have given some time this weekend to binding the windmills quilt.



Lacking in imagination at the moment, I went for a black and white striped binding. I think the fabric came from Spotlight a while ago. I do like this quilt. As I went, I tried to make my hand stitches a bit longer in an effort to get them, and the spaces between them, more uniform.

    I must invest in some black and white strips - it always gives such a crisp finish to a quilt. Your hand quilting looks great.
