September's Lucky Star

This is, possibly, my new favourite star. I like it because it is very 'clean'. Maybe it uses fewer colours or maybe the colours go together better than some of the others.

I managed to work a few chevrons into this block and now there are three blocks with chevrons.



Nine stars down, three to go. I am keen to lay them out on point and sash them with something. Probably not a solid.

    They are looking great. I think the addition of the chevrons gives them an extra layer of interest.

    The chevrons really add to the movement in the star.
