Traditional brownies from the Hummingbird Bakery Cookbook. Cut up with one of the brownie cutters I bought in the US last year.
Nutty Apple Loaf also from the Hummingbird book. Possibly should have cut the apple into smaller pieces. This was a weird recipe as I had to refrigerate it over night.
