I went shopping at the Spotlight Boxing Day/New Year sale (to save 40%). And added to the possibilities at the Ribbon Rose sale. So have a possible six fabrics to narrow down to four. I am enjoying the feedforward on IG about the possible combos.

I came across Blanket Statement Quilts via former colleague @melissakquilts and loved the look of the Riding Mountain Quilt. I like simple looking quilts with big pieces and this one fits the bill. I think they work well with hand quilting using perle thread.
