It's done and living in the lounge to be the 'on-the-couch' quilt ready to be used when the nights are a bit chilly and I can't be bothered finding warmer clothes. I quilted it using perle thread. I hadn't used this before. It was good being able to use bigger stitches than the tiny ones you have to do with traditional hand quilting. The stitches vary in length and the blocks don't always line up perfectly, hence, naming it a "modern" quilt!
