A Sea ... A Tsunami

Everyone was back at school yesterday. All 1400-ish of them. We will remain -ish for the next three weeks or so while the roll is confirmed and we track down all the leavers and the late starters appear.

I have decided that the collective noun for a large group of teenagers is tsunami. However, as always it was nice to see all the 'old' children back and to meet a few new children too. The day went very quickly. My Waitangi weekend is going to spent preparing for classes that start on Tuesday.
